They're trying to transfer him to the behavioral health center, because he is batshit insane and he'd just left AMA the night before he did it. That, and he's been trying to rip his eye out since he got to jail, so they need someone to be able to watch him 24/7. He shit his pants repeatedly in the cop's car and the officer threw up and had to have someone else come get him and bring him in.

I think his lawyer's name is... Mike Dunn.
