Vegeta walks into an office in Shadow Moses after laying waste to the guards and security robots he's encountered thus far. His scouter starts beeping and booping and displaying little number thingies.

"Hmm, there must be something wrong with this thing. It's detecting someone's power level but there's no one here!"

Suddenly a desk flies across the room, Vegeta turns his head and little lines appear next to his face. At the last second he fires a ki blast at the flying object, blasting it to splinters.

"What...is...going...on...in...HEEEEEEEEEEEEEERE?"

Psycho Mantis appears in front of Vegeta, floating and cackling.

"Ah, so it was you whose power I detected. Well no matter, your power level is a mere 165. Prepare to face the wrath of a TRUE Saiyan prince. YAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!" Vegeta starts firing ki blasts around the room, destroying all of the furniture and breaking through the walls, but Psycho Mantis evades everything that Vegeta throws at him, finally appearing behind him and knocking him to the ground.

"You fool. I can reead yooa miiiind. You will never be able to hit me with your pathetic energy blasts. Let me show you true powa."

Psycho Mantis telepathically flips a switch and his mind control music starts playing. Vegeta's eyes glaze over and he begins punching himself in the face, over and over again, until his entire face is a cavern of gore and brain chunks.

VEGETA wasn't even really mind-controlled by Babidi, so I doubt Psycho Mantis would have as much luck. Also, even if Psycho Mantis could predict Vegeta's movements, he would only know his death---since Vegeta would be moving at near-light speeds.
