Strengths: One sexy fucking rabbit.
Weaknesses: Was nominated for the sole reason of pissing me off, just like all the Fist of the North Star characters.

171. DAVID THE GNOME



Strengths: DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THE LITTLE BITS?
Weaknesses: THAT SHOW WAS FUCKING GREAT.

292. ICHI THE KILLER



Strengths: That guy that they based The Joker on.
Weaknesses: Wait, I don't think anyone nominated The Joker. Haha, I hope Andre kicks himself for that one.

23. SS4 GOGETA



Strengths: Ultimately, I guess he's the most powerful character in all of Dragon Ball.
Weaknesses: I once bought a black market Chinese bootleg action figure of this guy when I was like twelve because I thought he was Vegeta.

74. KING HIPPO



Strengths: How's that nostalgia coming along, people who love Punch-Out?
Weaknesses: Gonna be ready to catch up to the rest of society any time soon?

I remember Goku going SSJ for the first time in 7th grade, and that was epic. But 4 SSJs and a fusion...that's just too much.
