Paying no heed to the blizzard ravaging the mountaintop around them, John Buis launches a rock larger than his (huge) head at Jonathan Cory O'neal. The stone passes by and rolls to a noisy stop hundreds of feet below, but not before Vinny tackles him off a cliff.

For several moments they lie in a heap where they landed before Vinny pulls himself up and throws a tremendous punch; but it misses and he cracks the rock beneath with a sound so loud it's heard by the rescue teams on the trail of the hikers the two have eaten to make it this far.

Vinny falls onto his back and Buis lunges, but Vinny clamps his paws around his enemy's (huge) head and squeezes. He rolls over and puts John on the bottom, and keeps squeezing, twisting his neck all about to keep his eyeballs away from his enemy's groping hands. At long last, with a sound like a shotgun blast, Buis's head caves in, dumping blood and brain onto the windswept snow.

Vinny stands up and heads down the mountain without a pause. "At last ... a fight that could boil my blood!"
