FDR was a horrendously awful president

Well except for Tennesse Valley authority (HEY HE REBUILT THE SOUTH BUT SOUTHERNERS HATE HIM), rural electrification (which is why fucks like Potatoes can get electricity), Fannie Mae (loan system which is why people can buy suburbs in red states and then bitch about what an overrated president FDR was)

Finishing Hoover and Columbia dams (which were profitable)

Lifting prohibition (because it was retarded)

Legitimizing the rights of labor unions (eliminated half the class struggle in american society)

Raising minimum wage, outlawing child labor, making primary education mandatory, social security, minor welfare benefits for farmers, artists and the unemployed

Put the Stock exchange Comission, which turned our stock market from the most corrupt to the most efficient.

Civil Aeronautics board (gave us good aircraft/airline industry),

Experimenting with Keynesian economics doctrine (which worked rather well for about 40 years straight if not to this day)

Reducing crime, corruption, and political dissidence by funding the FBI

Establishing the FDIC and minimum deposits (which is why we've had 75 years without a bank panic)

Running up rationing, taxes, and a deficit during WW2, but so profitably that our economy was just outrageously succesful.

But other than that, horrendous. Republicans are right to say he is overrated and that Reagan is great (Reagan had no substantial increase in real wages but I think his foreign policies were ok)
