I found a plot mistake in DBZ |
|
|
Ok, Freezer had to go full power in order to stop Goku's Kaioukenx20 w/ kamehameha
Problem is, when goku went SSJ, it took Freezer like 2 episodes to fully power up, and Goku had to let him do it
How was he able to go full power instantly in order to stop Goku's kaioukenx20+kamehameha?
Oh shit I forgot that those two episodes were like 30 Namek seconds
Anyway I have already typed all this so whatever |

| Did DBZ characters use steroids or steroid like substances. I'm sure some villain at some point cheated their way to ultimate strength. |

The effects of steroids are clearly negligible when compared to
1. Being trained by deities
2. Recovering from being nearly maimed
3. Gravity Rooms
4. Senzu Beans
5. Interracial sex
6. Weighted Clothing
7. Magical Power ups
8. Fusing with and absorbing people
9. Transformations
But that just kinda goes without saying |

Well, mistake number one is claiming each villain was the strongest in the Universe
Well, hold on, does Oozaru Vegeta count as the fourth strongest in the universe ? Because I guess then that would make sense, he wasn't the strongest just the 4th strongest so thats close enough
I think there is an unwritten rule that deities don't count, so Babidi and his minions are irrelevent to this equation
So yeah this series is pretty solid |

| Super Saiyajin is WAY beyond the power level he had at Kaioken x20! Freeza was toying with him basically the entire time up to that point. |

| yes, but with a KAMEHAMEHA added, freezer had to powerup in order to stop it. If you rewatch the scene you notice Freezers muscles power up |

| but it took more than 1 person to take down Brolly countless times so he would still beat everyone else 1 on 1 but I guess the fact that Goku was nice was part of his strength so he could always borrow extra energy but still technically he isnt the strongest |

These are all bad answers.
The simple answer is that power levels spike during energy attacks. They are different than powering up oneself. Radditz, Vegeta, Buu, were defeated in this matter.
Freezer didn't know how to detect power levels without a scouter. The dialogue infers that Freezer was mind-fucked by Goku's fireworks. Freeza toyed with Goku for a long time so he can overcome his fear of Goku. This is all tied in with Freeza's past of child abuse. |

Uh, that's my point
Goku while doing kaioukenx20 had a power level of 6 million, the same as Freezer (without full power, he was using half his strenght, remember? ), and his energy further spiked with the kamehameha, making it strong enough to hurt freezer
Freezer had to POWER UP in order to dodge the Kamehameha, but as we can see later it took freezer several episodes to power up, so this is an inconsistancy
But then we remember that several episodes was about 30 namek seconds
Did you guys even watch the series? |

In the DBZ universe, powerlevel jumps are temporary for a reason. Either because the character can't MAINTAIN the power, or it is too inefficient. Freezer wanted to power up to a stable, efficient fighting form after Goku went SSJ. Goku wanted to prove to Freezer that no matter what form Freezer was in, he was obsolete, and no longer calling the shots.
This does tie in the ultra ssj Trunks.
I still fail to see the "plot mistake"; this is fanboy whining. |
