FTU Diplomacy Round 2 |

There's a website that lets you play Diplomacy online in a web interface, and it does adjudication too.
http://www.playdiplomacy.com/index.php
If there are 6 other people interested in playing, we can agree on settings and have a game. |

I'm always down for whatever, it'll give me a chance to actually learn how to play. If you find more experienced players that'd make six players I'll give up my slot. |

No, we would have to decide how we pick countries.
It allows for first come first serve, preference ranking and random.
So now we have 4, presumably. |

Random would probably be best. |

We'd have to decide on that.
It seems that it ranges between 12 hours and 7 days per 'action'. If your recall, individual turns involve potentially multiple actions (ie. attacking, possibly retreating, and possibly reinforcing).
I would be comfortable with a leisurely rate. 12 hours is obviously much too fast, for example. |

Oh, you probably don't get to do anything if you don't finish on time. |

I think the game has messaging built in, but it's ok for you to bow out if you don't think you can play.
You're much more board active now than you were back when we originally played. |
