Worth watching, but from what I hear, not really as faithful or nuanced as the original (or the book)

Basically and insight to 3 or 4 days in to some guys life, with some cool horror segments once in a while. Even if the movie coasted off of them, the zombies were scary

ALso, Will Smith's role would better have been cast by Arnold Schwarzenegger

When they showed the zombies standing around convulsing I had some hope but actually seeing them was a huge disappointment. They looked like Doom 3 enemies! I don't know why I expect so much of CGI, I guess I figure that if they're gonna use it so much when real people would work, they ought to have it flawless.

The CG was the lowest point of the movie. Will Smith wasn't all that Will Smith in this movie, which is a good thing.

Also, ignore all the blatant mistakes in the film please.
