I meant responded in a meaningful sense, not responded in the way that you have for the past few years. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

The secret forum would be more novel if Peter and Yogurtman were more attentive.

Sorry Theldorrin, you'll have to save that for his next visit. |

OK, well maybe it's fairer to suggest he doesn't visit as often as you do.
I'm probably still number one. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

The idea that the chat killed the board instead of the fact that we're not all a bunch of unemployed high school kids anymore is retarded. The fact that we're still in any sort of contact after 10+ years is a sign of inertia more than anything. |

Peter, I need a book on quantum mechanics that talks a lot about quantum indeterminacy and anything else in quantum mechanics that I need to understand that (entanglement, superpositions).
I want to better understand the scope of hidden local variables that aren't possible. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

You should read Heidegger if you want to learn about entanglement, Theldorrin. |

The scope of hidden local variables that aren't possible?
The Emperor's New Mind by Roger Penrose is long and hard, and has an agenda, but it has the freshest, non-boilerplatey explanation of quantum mechanics I've ever read. |

They've done experiments that have eliminated certain categories of hidden local variables that may exist. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

Also they have theorems, which I get sort of vaguely, because it'd be a mathematical proof of the impossibility of certain types of local hidden variables, I guess.
I want them to go into more depth so I can better understand how that all works. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

I've been suffering an insane level of frustration for the past few weeks with respect to trying to buy things.
It's so insane how hard it is to buy things online in Canada. I don't even know where to look for a ton of shit.
And if it's from the US, you better prepare to double the price due to shipping and handling. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |
