It is intelligent and productive to neglect the fact that there are a million wildly different translations of the Bible.
The King James Bible has all sorts of literary merits, and Theldorrin objecting to that is as meaningless as his literally meaningless assertion that Shakespeare hasn't had an impact on the English language. |
