Well, Naruto cannot just turn into the kyuubi or anything on a whim, the best he can do is turn into a partial kyuubi not of his own will which is just far more harmful to him than anyone else so they won't be using it, and if he did go full nine-tails they'd have to kill him, though they probably couldn't. So he doesn't have that super-uber move to make him impossible to defeat that he can pull out of his ass any time he wants to.

Skullomania is awesome (at least his original origin was).

Again Hinata is better in the anime and is a better lover interest for Naruto.

As far as I can tell in the manga she is completely and utterly pointless.

Desu? I don't know what Doctrine Dark is, but I'm assuming you're speaking of Desu, the guy with bandages all over his head gaara killed. Desu was fucking awesome, but the dub made him sound like a nija turtles character
