Yeah, get Media Player Classic. They usually use .mkvs for dual audio animes and you can turn the subtitles off and on.

I use CCCP Pack (fuck, this made me realize, I didn't recommend Codec Packs in my Anime thread) in combination with Media Player Classic.

The VLC player as stated does work very well, tho. |

Meh, this was pretty boring and the level of violence is way toned down compared to those OVAs that came out a couple years ago. The animation's nice and I like the Souther arc, but overall I'd say it's very average.
For a movie about Raoh, there wasn't a lot of Raoh. |
