Raoh's normal voice only doesn't seem so manly because every non-victim, minor character has the deepest voice Japan allows.

Between the three goons with the sword and the fact that YOU WA SHOCK played while Kenshiro backhanded some guy so hard his eyeballs flew out, I am pretty happy with this movie.
