I guess, Theldorrin, that, yes, then the question does imply that this is how funny you are to yourself. But that doesn't necessarily mean your idea of telling jokes that only you get - your idea of how funny you are can come from presuming the reaction of others (and that presumption is not necessarily completely uneducated).
