I agree completely about Shrek's voice. I imagine that they held casting calls for this new kid's movie, and Billy West and a bunch of fucking professional voice actors showed up and did various ogre voices, and then Mike Myers came in and did the Scottish accent which obviously represents the only form of voice modulation of which he is capable, and the casting director started shrieking "FUUUUUCK, EVEN IF HUMANITY DESTROYS ITSELF TOMORROW, THIS WILL STILL HAVE BEEN THE GENERATION OF MIKE MYERS, AND THE ALIENS MONITORING OUR VITAL SIGNS FROM SPACE WILL WEEP OPENLY AT HIS BEAUTY."

Myers actually recorded all the dialogue in the first movie with his normal voice.

It was only after that he decided to rerecord with the Scottish accent because it sounds more cartoony.

Maybe, according to some interview I might have seen.

Mike Myer's Shrek voice is very faggoty and annoying. I feel like he goes out of his way to do it even in like interviews and stuff. I am making that last part up probably.
