My class schedule is so awful. They only offer one section for the courses I need to graduate and they're all on Tuesday. I have one day of class that stretches from 11:45AM to 8:30PM non-stop.

I want to learn Japanese. Unfortunately for me it's their written language that is useful, whereas the spoken language is mostly useless. But their written language is one of the worst in the world, so it's much too difficult to learn.

Your first year of college is basically bullshit, at least it was for me. I was just getting requirements out of the way. Unless you're Outland, or you let your various addictions cripple you, your first year shouldn't be bad.

I'm not sure how it is at other schools, but your freshman and sophomore years here, you're required to have an advising meeting where they basically lay out what classes you should take and shit like that. I wouldn't be too worried about it.

I didn't really have a choice! But you don't really need to listen to what they say, they just point out what requirements you haven't filled. But if you don't go, they won't let you register for next semester's classes.
