So the game has been out for almost 4 hours and rumor has it I am not missing out with this thing still in my backpack at work collecting dust. So anyone lucky enough to log on?

My biggest gripe would be the lack of single play and LAN play. They are probably trying to stop pirating or whatever but you can never fully stop it just deter it.

I forged the crown that is about how far I have got. Already have a handful of blues and I bought 2 rings that are good for my character.

My demon hunter is level 25 now. I played a bit with Zenxin and Vinny so far. It was tricky with Zen because we were both Demon Hunters with no mercs and with Vinny he took the blunt of the attack with his monk while I hung back and laid some traps very nonchalant like.

I need to stop picking up the white stuff and stick strictly to blues. At this time any blue that does not sell for 100 gold I turn to dust (I have over 250 and 40 claws) and whatever costs more than that I sell to start saving up. I have the gem dude to level 2 blacksmith to level 3 and I have a full stash unlocked (not tabs though) even though you can just create a bunch of characters and mule stuff.

I do keep some good equipment for random classes and will build about one of each to give them the equipment but I should focus beating normal at least once.

I beat normal earlier today and started a little on Act I Nightmare. My monk is level 35. I haven't really teamed with anyone yet. I did start a game with Vinny, but he had to leave pretty soon after, and I've been soloing since.

It's kind of annoying being in this middle ground between most of my bros and super beasts like Mike and Vito. So, dudes, level the fuck up!

There's no point keeping equipment for characters at a later point. You collect equipment so quickly as well as there being a level minimum for most items.

I'm just beating the sin hearts right now and I'm about to go to Act 4.

I played with TL and my roommate today and I'm enjoying how much harder and different each difficulty is.

TL saw this firsthand too- my Demon Hunter gets her shit pushed in by everything. I basically get one-shotted all the time in big battles, and with lag it was impossible to remain in the Belial boss fight.

Are all demon hunters that fragile? I've noticed basically everyone on my friends list is a monk or a demon hunter. Derek is the only wizard and Mike is the only barbarian.

Anyway, yeah, Stefan got fucking blown up constantly. Total scrubby noob.

I was pretty lackadaisical towards the end of the session. I don't think I died once in Act 1 on Nightmare.

The problem is that I wasn't kiting anything during Act 2 and I should be spamming/abusing Smoke Screen and discipline boosting abilities to keep myself invisible and invulnerable. Playing with two monks I was trying to add dps when I should have just been kiting monsters individually.

Also, fire-chained mobs and those elites who make the laser-sentries are the fucking worst.

And I get obliterated by mortar mobs.

Vitality and hp become extremely important from act II of nightmare onward.

And yeah everyone and their mother plays monk or demon hunter (my other two characters are those classes). Apparently gay dudes love the wizard because every gay guy I know picked the wizard.
