I saw Kill Bill vol. 1 three times in theaters and vol. 2 twice.

I liked vol. 2 a lot more and it's exceptionally gay that it hasn't come out on DVD in one piece.

I preferred Kill Bill 1 because of the better soundtrack. Although that animated section was just awful.

Vol. 2 is a lot better, but overall Kill Bill is kind of mediocre. It's essentially a movie with a couple of awesome moments (nods to 70s action and Spaghetti westerns, Bill's speech about Superman), but in the end it's just a generic action movie. Also, I'm tired of tiny women being able to kill a million people at this point it's contrived and boring, and men make far better action stars (at least they don't have to speed up the film and use cg nearly as much). Besides what kind of ending fight was that after all the fucking build up?
