i had an allowance and made 5 bucks a week and I would go to the mall and stone protector action figures were 3 for 5 dollars and the vehicles were 2 for 5 so I had almost all the vehicles and all the action figures, i never watched the show

I'm not saying there wasn't some good stuff. There were a handful of good disney movies, although about half of them were garbage (the pretty princess ones).

UPA's stuff had a lot of garbage too (Mr. Magoo, for example).

And there are only a handful of good Bugs Bunny cartoons. Like the Barber of Seville one. Most of them are complete garbage.

I'm not sure how much of my APPRECIATION for old Warner Bros. cartoons are due to genuine quality or just nostalgia. I've always thought the 60s cartoons where they start doing all of that psychedelic bullshit was bullshit. Also, Cool Cat sucked major dick.

TVwise, I dont think I remember laughing at any of the old cartoons as a kid. Tex avery did a few good eps though.

No, I liked newer stuff like 2 stupid dogs, Ren and Stimpy, etc.
