I gorged myself all weekend long on food and beer. I went to a Japanese steakhouse for my birthday and it was actually pretty good, as opposed to most Japanese steakhouses. I had this shit called BEEF NEGIMAKI which was tiiiiiiits.

Vegetables are good for you and all that, but here's what's wrong with them:

- They don't sate hunger. They are almost completely useless in that regard.
- They're expensive (particularly in relation to how much hunger they sate).
- They spoil quickly. You can't stock up on vegetables. You have to eat that shit within a week.
- They taste alright, but meh. There is no vegetable that makes you go "OH MY GOD, I WANT THAT." Have you ever craved a vegetable? I mean, come on.

They're just a fucking pain in the ass. And, of course, that's the thing you're supposed to eat most of if you don't want to suffer horribly from the diseases and fatness that come from eating all the things that are actually enjoyable and delicious. Just one more way that everything is stacked against you from the start.

Physical life just fucking sucks. I simply must get out of this wet body and into a dry nirvana!

Yeah, my omni-metabolism completely annihilates all vegetables to the point where it's like I ate nothing.

Then again, that goes for just about everything else that isn't meat.

I live 2 blocks from an Asian market and their vegetables are super cheap. Vegetables suck for all the reasons Chris listed, but if you stir fry them in a variety of asian sauces then they instantly become ten times more delicious.
