My work outs now (three-to four times a week):

Run for 4-6 miles, at an average of 6.9 mph

Do 30 leg lifts on a leg-lift thing where I get up on it and raise my knees up to my arms.

30 bicep curls on each arm (20/25/30 pound ramp)

30 incline bench presses (70 pounds)

25 thingies on a machine where I bring two bars together and it works out my arm and chest.

30 crunches on the crunch machine
