Rowlf is pretty awesome, and The Swedish Chef is a king, but I think I have to go for Statler and Waldorf in the end (they really should be counted as a single character just as Beaker should be lumped together with Dr. Bunsen Honeydew who drastically lowers his position because he's a faggot).
