You can do what you want with El Tigre but not Jack Masterson. He's dead for good. And I assume by the time mammel you mean Rice's thing. That's his deal and not mine. However, any time manipulation is strictly forbidden as the time diamonds no longer work for reasons we'll EXPLAIN later.
