I weighed myself today and am 191.5 pounds.

At the HEIGHTS OF MY FAT (the picture I posted), I was 223 pounds.

I have been stuck EXACTLY at 190-192 since November.

But as of today (IN FACT), I am on a 1500 calorie per day diet. Bread and fast food are strictly forbidden too!

My goal is to get down to 179, just so I can be in the range of my ideal weight one last time. After that I'll let it go up to 185 where I will hopefully stay FOREVAH.

I will not tolerate this spare tire anymore. I've had it!
