just BUILT THE FUCK INTO WINDOWS YET? Christ. Why the fuck do I have to go to a command prompt to do something that should have been integrated into the Windows shell since Windows fucking 3.x?

It is absolutely absurd that there is no way within Windows to simply go to a folder, right click, and then select something that will put the filenames onto the clipboard.

It's not like this is some kind of advanced power-user shit. This is like, a fundamental computer function. Is there a Windows user who has NOT wanted, at some point, to simply print his fucking filenames to a text file?

Meanwhile they have completely useless garbage in the context menu like "New..." BECAUSE I REALLY WANT TO MAKE A NEW EMPTY PHOTOSHOP FILE BY RIGHT-CLICKING WITHIN THE FOLDER. THAT'S REALLY USEFUL.

This is precisely the sort of thing that a command line is better suited for. GUIs can't really serve this purpose because they are limited by nature of the interface (mouse and menus).

That's just now, but I've needed the copy-and-paste-filenames function countless times in the past.
