Ah, the Pizza Paradise University Library. An endless hall of books and atmospheric reading lamps. Light classical music wafts through the air. It is truly a serene vision of academia.
Walter Reginald Seika has a smile on his face that is only found in nature on nerds that are reading books about things they already know. Seika comes here to relax at night, though later he'll regale his few friends with the story of how he spent his night at a bar with yet another hot chick, drawn to him by his intelligence. Seika is on top of the world - only one month until graduation, and when he makes valedictorian, he thinks, one can only assume that everyone will be so impressed that he'll get to do it with a real woman. He almost laughs out loud in excitement when he thinks of telling his friends what it's like, but stops himself, out of respect for the library.
It is then, from down the hall of the endless library corridor, every single table lamp begins to shut off in cannon. One by one, each desk goes dark, until his lamp is the only illumination in the entire grand building.
Seika blinks, but does not have time to wonder aloud "Well, I say, what's this bowl of tomatoes?" before the drifting classical music comes to a screeching halt, allowing him to hear the quickening pace of footsteps coming at him from all sides.
Several figures absolutely drenched in shadow surround him now. Seika whimpers like a baby as he struggles to get a clearer look at them. One lone hand reaches down into the light and takes his pen, then raises it and begins to tap it on the lenses of Seika's glasses.
"You study here a lot, Walter," says an unidentifiable voice.
"Y... yes?"
"Well, after tonight, I'm afraid, you study with Allah."
There is silence for a moment, then hours of high-pitched screaming.
Tuesday, May 29, 2007. 6:00 AM.
"Yous pathetic fools have already beguns murderings each others. You're doings our jobs fors us! But we can't lets yous have all the funs, so here's a special delivery from Allah to youses. A brain ins the truests sense of the words. Maybe yous could use its."
"Well, someone open it," Ali-Jazeera mutters.
"Shogun" Lanners gives one final inspection to the breadbox-sized wooden crate found in town square as Hector Dorrin hands off the note he just read to the forensics squad (unfortunately composed of several retards who never accomplish anything).
"It's fuckin' nailed shut," Vito hisses, wiping his forehead, not having slept since he murdered "Piggy Petah" Jones earlier that night under the jurisdiction of Mayor Matt Hall. He's anxious, feeling the letter the Mafia terrorists have left must refer to him. He knows they're watching. "You happen to have a crowbar on you, Rag?"
"Lemme at it," comes the voice of a sleepy Vinny O'Neal. He cracks his knuckles and stretched out his neck. He grabs the ends of the crate with his thick fingers and heaves, the sound of wood snapping and breaking comes forth like a rush.
"What's inside?" Dorrin asks.
O'Neal looks down and grunts in disgust. "You might not wanna let the traps see this," he mumbles.
"Oh my God," groans Lanners as he looks inside and fights back the urge to wretch.
The crowd cannot keep itself from crowding around. Inside the crate is the severed head of Walter Reginald Seika. His eyes have been gouged out, the fleshy sockets embedded with chips of glass from his perennial nerdy fag glasses.
"Goddammit!" Matt Hall is finally moved to exclaim. Just then, a crow caws overhead. A blood red sun has risen, and the dawn of fear has returned.
Night One has concluded and the Mafia Terrorists have killed Walter Reginald Seika, townsperson. Day Two has begun and will expire Thursday, May 31, at 10:30 PM EST.

I was about to ask how the majority shifted from 11 to 9, but then I remembered that Peter died, also.
You just couldn't play fairly, could you, Peter?! |

I'm almost certain that Madali is a terrorist. His last post was around 9 in the morning today, which was after the TOWNSPEOPLE LYNCHING, but I'm going to assume that he just never bothered to send in his vote, because he didn't get the chance to consult with his fellow EVILDOERS.
I'm QUITE CONFIDENT he never even browsed the boards today AFTER HIS LAST POST (I tried to check as regularly as I could, but I could have missed him), and it's very clear that the only reason the first night ended was because of the altered rules!

Oh, I guess my post was redundant.
Thanks Jason. It's pretty bad you have to do so much work for these. |

Anyway, I guess if no one objects, I think we should all lynch Morgan.
I outlined the reasoning before. If she's a terrorist, than we can maybe trust PIGGY PETAH's list and go from there. Mike made some good points, too. |

I understand that some of the terrorists are being lazy (no surprise there to me) |

That's so spooky. I watched Se7en and Red Dragon within the last week, which significantly include a mailed severed head and glass stuck in people's eyes, respectively. |

Hmmmm... The thing with Morgan is that she actually brought up a new target for us to lynch instead of Peter, who was probably going to die. But Peter turned out to be townperson.
So the only strike against her is that Peter named her. And there are other people with that same affliction.
How likely are any of them as candidates? Because we could use the same reasoning to lynch one of them, first. |

Peter could've been randomly spouting names, which doesn't disqualify any of them. |

Peter obviously pulled that list out of his ass to make a last stab at fucking with the game. |

Ok, he also mentioned Triple Life and Derek, but I didn't see anything against them when I scanned through the events of the previous day. |

I'm leaning strongly towards Vinny right now, because I can't think of any other reason to continue using Peter's list. Triple Life and Morgan were both popular targets in the last game, and Derek was posting a lot, including saying we should kill Peter first. Peter's list is obviously just supposed to be PROVOCATIVE and PLAUSIBLE enough to pollute the game. |

Perhaps Vinny is just gullible. In which case the Mafia could use him to do their bidding, even if he weren't a member.
It's too bad I didn't pay attention to the people who have been online. As someone who is online the most, I would have been able to obtain pretty reliable data on that. |
