Win XP
XP was so good. I don't use XP anymore, because the devices I have had newer versions on it, and obviously, I won't downgrade, but if I had a device with XP, I can't imagine if I would ever upgrade it.
Windows 7 and 8 are not bad, but none of them have any additions that make me go, woaaah, how did I live so long without this?
Also, Android on Tablets and Smartphones are not bad, but its ridiculous how unproductive they are. Even with shitty multitasking that Android & ios are adding, its still lame. I can't alt-tab like windows.
Anyway, guys at Microsofts have always been morons, so I don't understand why they have this awesome OS and they have started copying IOS and Android. |

I dont know why technology treats me like a retard. Android is more open than ios, but its still unnecessary restricted. Why do you have to root it to access certain things? I know its for my "safety", so make it closed by default, and then have me go to an option to open it up, like windows' "show system files" checklist.
Or websites. I hate it when i register online, they are duurrr your password is too weak. I don't want a password with a bunch of @s and #s on a crappy website. Its not that important that my password is low security on a website that doesnt matter if my account is hacked. On no, someone stole my profile on a website where I used to post a comment on once in my life |

Ive mentioned this several times but seriously, I hate captchas. This has been the computer industry's laziest solution to security.
I wonder how old people deal with it.
But then again, fuck them, for being responsible for destroying the technology industry, because they always have to cater to them and safelock everything so they don't put their bank password as "password", give their life savings to Nigerian kings and accidently delete the Systems32 folder.
And kids of course. I don't undertand how the new generation been exposed to a PC and internet since they were 2 years old, and still they are completely retarded when it comes to using it. |

MADali's English seems to be getting worse, but it's delightful (obviously) so I hope it continues. |

Windows 8.1 was making my USB stick fall asleep, which is very bad when you're working on an encrypted file container mounted from the USB, and the only way to fix this "feature" is an inexcusably complex workaround.
Until figuring this out, I went back to XP (I set my computer to dual boot when I installed Windows 7 like five years ago), and I was kind of surprised how little I missed from 7 and 8. There isn't much I can do with the later Windows that I can't do with XP. |
