I've been reading the Bible. I've finished with Genesis and Exodus, and I'm halfway through Leviticus.

There is two things I got out of it so far.

1) The Hebrews were cowardly, deceiving dicks. The GOOD guys, not the bad guys. Three separate prophets go in a new land and they have a hot wife and they are scared that the King will want to marry their wife, which means they'll be killed. Thats what they THINK, because they always think people are out to kill them. Anyway, they tell the King that its their sister, so if they want to marry her, they won't kill the husband at least.

2) God hates yeast. Half of Exodus is God telling us how much yeast sucks ass.

So far, in Leviticus, there has been a dozen reference of God asking people to sacrifice animals and burn their flesh because it is "an aroma pleasing to the Lord."
