Also, no psionic character classes but that won't rule out Illithids. Clerics and Paladins always have access to their abilities whenever on any plane; however, there will be certain stipulations on Sigil.

Should Morgan and I divvy up rogue duties beforehand so we can make our characters accordingly, or would that be CHEATING?

I figured Wiarton Willie would handle picking locks and stuff, while Dickslut O'Houlihan would have high charisma for talking to guards. Also, they're married.
